Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, treats) and personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.


2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at paddyrussellpetsupplies@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • For faulty or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.


5. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.


6. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • We may request photos of the damage or fault to assist with our assessment.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

7. Non-returnable Items
